Laurel Hedging

Laurel (Prunus laurocerasus Rotundifolia) is an excellent hedging plant.  Laurel is evergreen and quick growing.  The leaves of laurel are large, shiny and bright green.  You can keep a laurel hedge at any height.  Laurel will grow in any free-draining soil except shallow chalk. Sun or shade. Rate of growth: up to 60cm per year. Eventual height if not trimmed: 5m (15ft).
