Leylandii

Leylandii is our best seller as it forms a screen faster than anything else. We sell two forms of Leylandii, the traditional form and Leylandii 2001. Both forms will produce a dense evergreen hedge of any shape or size if they are trimmed well from the start. We kept a leylandii hedge at 120cm (4ft) tall by 45cm (18") wide for 25 years. Leylandii is very hardy and wind tolerant. Any free-draining soil in sun or shade. Rate of growth: up to 100cm per year.

Leylandii - Traditional Form

This is the traditional green form of leylandii that has been grown for over 100 years. It is very hardy and tolerant of most conditions including wind and heavy soils

Leylandii 2001

Leylandii 2001 is a new variety of green leylandii that we are growing as well as the traditional form. Leylandii 2001 tends to look bushier but is only available in certain sizes at present.
