Thuja occidentalis Emerald (also known as Smaragd) is a bright green narrow pyramidal conifer. Evergreen. Thuja Emerald (Smaragd) can be used individually as a specimen conifer or in a group or formal row. It is also good in pots and other containers. Needs little, if any, trimming as it keeps its shape well. 10 year height 1.8-2.5m (6-8ft), spread 60-75cm (24-30in). Growth rate 30cm (12in) per year.
